Studio vs. Individual Accounts
Some of our clients prefer to have one account with a shared password/account for all staff. Some prefer each staff member to have individual accounts. The choice is yours. Our suggestion would be to encourage each staff to have their own account (so that they can log in and view pricing etc.) and then have one studio account for purchasing.
Are There Levels?
PRO VOLUME works a bit differently than other trade programs. When you are logged into your account you will see pricing and services based on your account level. Pricing is the same for all PRO clients, however, as you begin to work with us your account is upgraded and eligible for additional benefits.
What Is The Trade Discount?
The Trade Discount is calculated at a product level, so each product could have a different discount depending on a variety of conditions. Since you can log in to access this pricing at any time, you don't need to worry about calculating it yourself.
Can I Get A Quote?
Yes. Although it will be the same as what you see online, we do offer PDF formal quotes for clients that require one.
Can I Change My Login/Email?
Yes. If you were to move positions/studios and would like to bring your account with you, simply contact us and we will change your login. As a note, the information in your account/order history would remain.
Are Larger Discount Available For Projects?
The discount you see online is intended for single unit orders (Ie. 1x lamp, 1x sofa, 1x set of dining chairs). If your project involves a higher volume of pieces, please contact us directly.
Do You Provide FF&E Services?
Yes. You can learn about our FF&E service, named CONCIERGE here.
What If A Product Is Not On AAVVGG.COM?
AAVVGG has full catalog access to all of our brand partners. If a product or finish is missing online, contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
Do You Provide Samples?
Yes. We can order any upholstery samples you require. Material samples are available in most cases. Please contact us for more details or availability.
Can We Book A Showroom Visit?
Yes. If you and or your client would like to visit us during or outside of our regular hours, please email us at email@example.com to book a visit and we can ensure that your account rep schedules time to meet with you.
